Our travel insurance policies cover Emergency Medical and Associated Expenses related to COVID-19 as well as Accomodation costs related to COVID-19 quarantine if you are infected while travelling. For More details, please read our Policy Wording. It is very important that you read the Exclusions of the Policy Wording carefully and make sure you understand exactly “what is covered” and “what is not covered”, and what to do should you need to submit a claim.
We strongly recommend that you get information about the situation in your travel destination before you purchase any of our travel insurance policies.
IMPORTANT: Given the rapid rise in travel bans, please first ensure that no travel ban is in place during your dates of travel prior to purchasing a travel insurance policy. Policies purchased during a known travel ban will not be valid during that period. We therefore highly recommend NOT to purchase travel insurance policies when such conditions exist
You should also monitor official updates regarding the Coronavirus through the World Health Organization to be informed on the outbreak of the Coronavirus (COVID-19) worldwide.
